1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sharp Lines ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Sharp Lines provides real-time sports betting analytics, including positive expected value (+EV) detection, arbitrage scanning, middles identification, and low hold analysis across multiple sportsbooks. The Service is an informational tool and does not facilitate, process, or encourage any wagering activity.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with others.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Paid subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended interface; redistribute, resell, or publicly display data obtained from the Service; attempt to circumvent access controls or subscription restrictions; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, design, text, and graphics, are owned by Sharp Lines and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis provided. Sports betting involves financial risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharp Lines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
